Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of dispatch, please contact us at Katrina@mcd-group.com.au.

Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

  • MCD Group is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses or unforeseen postal delays.

  • If your order arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 7 days so we can assist.

Click & Collect / Local Pickup

  • (If applicable) Local pickup is available by appointment only. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange collection.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
