Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery location.
Express delivery options may be available at checkout.
We currently ship within Australia only.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of dispatch, please contact us at Katrina@mcd-group.com.au.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
MCD Group is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect addresses or unforeseen postal delays.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 7 days so we can assist.

Click & Collect / Local Pickup

(If applicable) Local pickup is available by appointment only. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange collection.
